The Stress Test and Echo Center is a division of the Cardiology Department of the teaching institute of Trinidad Institute of Medical Technology (TIMT). The Stress Test and Echo Center is a specialty cardiology practice headed and supervised by an American Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist and a team comprising of American Board Certified Echocardiographer and trained stress technicians.

Our aim is to provide all patients with an enhanced level of cardiac services through easy direct access, reduced waiting times and top quality facilities.

Our cardiology department provides a wide range of services for outpatients which includes stress-echo, adult, pediatric and fetal echocardiograms, exercise stress testing, and a cardiac monitoring system which includes 24hr, 48 hr and 72 hr holter cardiac monitoring and 4 weeks event monitoring, and 24 hr ambulatory BP monitoring, with the goal of detecting and treating cardiac disease before it becomes life-threatening.

The services we offer are delivered by an expert team using state of the art facilities.
