Start a fitness plan tailored to your abilities and goals, work on-on-one with your trainer. On-on-one sessions can be adapted for athletic training or special needs of those with health problems (such as obesity, heart or diabetes), injury or pregnant.

Diabetic Assessment / Clinic
Do you know that ~ 15 % of adult population in Trinidad have diabetes in Trinidad - and it is rising! There is no cure for type 2 diabetes. Prevention, early detection and diagnosis are extremely important as type 2 diabetes can be prevented, managed and controlled.
You will not develop type 2 diabetes automatically if you have pre-diabetes. For some people with pre-diabetes, early treatment can actually return blood glucose levels to the normal range.
People with Pre-Diabetes are likely to develop Type 2 Diabetes within 10 years, unless they take to prevent or delay the disease. Diabetes is a leading cause of heart disease, stroke, blindness, kidney disease and nerve disease by causing long term damage to its blood vessels.
Life style changes such as eating healthier, increasing physical activities and losing a modest amount of weight can prevent or delay development of Type 2 Diabetes in those at high risk for the disease.

Psychological Services
for clients in our work hardening and Reconditioning program when psychosocial barriers may prevent a return to work. A psychologist works with these individuals to help them manage a clients pain, sleep, post-traumatic stress and other emotional disturbances.
